Early morning at campe side view.

I wish to go there again someday after finish my busy schedule. Such a peaceful place with fresh air. We don't have much time to enjoy the atmostwhere like this in our current situation. 

Keep busy task away, ignore the noise around us, escape to where we could take a deep breath with fresh air. walking around 2hours to reach our place to camping. Along the way we crossed at night time under the full moon night, who understand that feeling (I will write down my feeling in the next post for the night trekking under the moonlight).

Normally I don't really like going out at night time to the pub. But because my friend was inviting me to join her drinking. So I went out with her to the place that is classic and has small band perform at night time.

I had trip with my friend. We chose to stay at Salty resort for relax. 

The trip was not so good as I had booked wrong bus ticket departure time. I was a little bit piss off at that time because I carelessly made wrong selection on booking apps. But we still ended up enjoy our trip even it was not so smooth at first. 

Night time we also could enjoy a drinking in front of our room. We had chit-chat over mid-night with our wine and snacks. It is rare for us to spend time like this with our busy schedule. But then recently we got separate because my friend, she moved to work at other country. 

Hope we could have time like this again someday.

 It is my first to post a video. 

My bestie has capture this view for me because he knew I love to see sunset which I missed to see it many times at the place that I want to go to see it there. 

I just love to see sunset with no reason to tell. It is my favorite time that give me peaceful and empty mind during watching the sun gonna set. Some people might not be understand the feeling but only the one who like to see it who got the meaning of this.

I bought camping package from One Local Tour company for celebrate New Year. 

It was really excited group that I had join. They are young and friendly with full energy for night time hiking. I will surely join again if there are any more chance to have night time hiking like this.

Charity Trip Mondulkiri Province, Cambodia.

Been with CIST/PNC alumni around 13 years, I had joint only 3 times charity trip;

1st > Angkor Siem Reap province charity trip

2nd> Araeng Koh Kong province charity trip

3rd> Mondulkiri province charity trip

Most of our activities, we just donated study material such as note book, pen, pencils etc... Normally when we did charity trip, after that we did have one day for our team tour around that province. 

We are so happy to do charity trip. Even it is small help but at least we had done something, it is better than done nothing.

Camping along the river!

One of my favorite activities is camping. I joint camping with local tour to do camping in the rural area near the country border.

This place is in Koh Kong province, Cambodia. Located near the sea and along with many mountains and waterfall.

This resort has good view since it's surround by river that connected to the sea and many mountains that tourist can do many activities such as cycling, camping, & kayaking.

During night time, we could do more activities like BBQ for dinner and go to firefly along the river since it is dry season so many firefly come out like many small light that we hang on the tree.

One among many kinds of mushroom that grow in the forest which located near waterfall. It is very interesting to see those kinds of small plants.

Variety kind of mushroom that I met during trekking. I became attractive to those kinds of mushroom in the forest and I enjoyed taking photo of those kind of small plants that grow in the deep forest which mostly only local people who can find it when they go to forest.

I found this mushroom while I did trekking with my colleagues during company annual trip at Kirirom.

I also don't know what its name and it can use for something else or not. But I just want to share this mushroom so in case there is someone who know about this mushroom, they can share me back.

Wild flower

 Since I was small, I used to do this kind of stuff. I collected this wild flower make like bracelet or necklace. After a long while, I did it again to remind my childhood toys which I ever play and with this new generation that never know about this kind of stuff.

Coconut Ice Cream In Cambodia.

This is my mom favorite ice cream. It is local made from the vendor along the street. It is so popular which we need to line up (sometimes) to buy this ice cream. I really recommend to eat this one if you come to visit Cambodia. Because it has good taste which combine between coconut milk, coconut meat, corn and peanut.

Mondulkiri 7 steps waterfall

Such a long driving that I never had experience before. 25KM is not so far but plus difficult road condition and hot weather, it took us 2 hours to reach there. Along the way to waterfall, there is such a nice view, very nice landscape which capture our eyes. I felt relax and enjoyed the fresh air along the way there. There are many plant farm such as Rubber farm, Banana farm, Cashew farm, paper farm and Mango farm too^^

I really love those nature^^ it is because in the city there are many vehicles and big building so it can make us stress or no fresh air at all. So country side or forest area is such a nice place to take vacation. 

Ratanakiri Trip 12-May-2018 to 15-May-2018

I had trip with my friends to North-East area of Cambodia. We took mini van from Phnom Penh city to Ban Lung City around 8 hours to reach our destination. We selected local bus which is easy to travel there. On that time, it was public holiday so there are many people who travel to other provinces in the country.
I chose to visit Ratanakiry (Ban Lung City) and Mondulkiri (Sen Monorom City) because those area has many forest and the weather is also not so hot like in Phnom Penh. I like to travel to the place that surrounded by nature. those two provinces is the most famous for their nature and Unique ethnic group people who living there in a long time ago.

 Above picture is Beung Yak Lom Lake. This lake is very famous for it deep and large of size.

The right side picture is Ethnic group groom and bride house. The tall one is groom house and the other house is bride house.

Siem Reap, Night Market

Night Market, Siem Reap, Cambodia.

The place where I met my friend Jae. He had travel schedule to across Cambodia so we set the place to have trip together there. The place that content many memories and the place that every tourist enjoy during night time after tired with visiting world heritage Angkor Wat Temple at day time.

From the rooftop of Angkor Pub, I can capture a very nice night time view at along street restaurants. There were full of guests who came to have dinner and listen to music same as me and my friend.

One day, again I will go there.

After a long while that I stop posted on my blog. Let start with new update from now on. It is like a fresh start from long break.

Dry Fish

It is such a very delicious breakfast menu for Cambodian people. Breakfast menu is Porridge. Just a very simple porridge with this dry fish is good combination because this dry fish is salty and porridge is blanch taste so it will be tasty when we eat it together.

Cambodia is famous with Agriculture because almost 80% of whole country, people can do rice farm or other farm. And as well as, Cambodia has many natural resource. Just a small part of agriculture from picture above, it is pickle which Cambodian people use this way to keep for over a season. As other country, we also have many kinds of pickle but mostly amount all of pickle for every day use, Cambodian people like radish pickle, cucumber pickle and cabbage pickle. Normally, their taste is a little bit salty because to keep for long time eating. But if we eat it, we always put a little bit sugar, garlic and chilli to make it more better taste and delicious. We can say it is good side dish for combine with grill fish and other make other grill meat much delicious. Sometimes, cabbage pickle we can use in soup. The soup, we use ribs to cook with cabbage pickle and put black chilli. Or we can fry it with pork or beef, it is also good.

This pickle, mostly it is very famous with grill fish or eating it alone. Beside that it is not so fit to other menu such as soup or fry with pork.

Cambodia taste is a little bit different from other country. Other country, they like to be salty or blanch taste but Cambodia we would like to put many ingredients to make it taster than other.
