It is very delicious Black sticky rice. Because Cambodia land is good for agriculture so many people doing rice farm. Within those rice farm, they also produce sticky rice for making Khmer Traditional Desert. It is one of all deserts which has been popular in Cambodia. We can make it from Black or White sticky rice. Just cooking it and keep in the hot weather around 2 or 3 day and put one kind of thing that made it became like wine. For smelling, it smells similar to wine specially white sticky rice. We will eat it with Coconut meat by slide coconut meat and put with. In Cambodian language, we called it "TroBaer".
Mostly, country side people they can make it well so after making it, they will come to city and selling at market or sometime with their bicycle on the road.
By my relatives and my mom told me about our ancestor. Before Por Pot Region, our grand mother was sell it. And she often bring it to Royal Palace for people there because they like it, also they name my grand mother is Yai Trobaer P'em "Sweet Trobaer Grandmother". After time passed, amount all of relatives at least 3 or 4 families can make it very delicious. I am also like it very much.
